Client Process

01

Fit Check.

Before getting into the formalities of working together we need to find out if we are even suitable to work together. In this quick 30-min call we will discuss the project scope, deliverables, budgets, timeframes etc. We usually agree on these verbally in the meeting and discuss them again in the next step.

Sealing the agreement.

After we have verbally established the scope of the project and all else we will move to getting things down on paper for both parties' safety. This will include signing the contract I will send over and also paying the initial 50% deposite payment. We can move forward only and after these have been filled, signed and payed.

Discovery Call.

After the contract has been signed and the initial payment has been payed and receied, we will hop on a "discovery call" which will be slightly longer than the previous one. In this call I will put on my detective hat and slightly interrogate you in order to extract the maximum amount of information from you in order for me to be able to tap into you POV as closely as possible.

Design Phase.

After gathering all of the information from you I will disappear and will start doing my wizardry. This means I will be away for a while where I will do research, visual information gathering and possibly some designing. After I come back I will present you with three possible visual directions we can take this project. Here I will be expecting your input.

Brand Presentation.

After we have decided the visual direction, I will start designing some logos now ( finally I know... ). Here I will create a brand presentation where I will present you with one-three different logo variations. How many I choose to present is based on how good I feel I have managed to understand your idea.

Sign-Off or Revisions.

If there are any amends which need to be taken care of we do so in waves. Each wave is each revision round. Keep in mind we have established how many free evisions are included at the beginning of the project. Please be aware that if there are any more revisions which need to be taken care of there will b extra charges which will apply.

Research

Once we emerge from our rabbit hole of research,get ready for the big reveal! We’ll present you with2-3 moodboards or stylescapes, each brimming withpotential. You’ll have the chance to pick your favoriteand share what you love (and maybe what you’re not socrazy about).

Once we’ve whipped up a batch of winners, it’sshowtime! We’ll present you with 1-3 logo concepts,each bursting with potential. Think of them as sneakpeeks into the future of your brand – they’re not final,just stepping stones to greatness.
